About the School of Belonging

The School of Belonging is a space for remembering a more intimate relationship with yourself and the world around you.

It is rooted in the understanding that there is a rich inner world alive within each one of us —an abundant landscape of feelings, sensations, visions and meaning that many of us have only ever had glimpses of.

It is a world that is far more vibrant and real than we have been taught to recognize —and one that holds a depth few of us know how to be in relationship with.

And yet, it is from within this inner landscape that a form of deep guidance and direction can emerge —one that can lead the way toward the life we are truly meant to live.

For many of us, this connection has been quieted over time. On our search for meaning and direction, we have learned to look outside of ourselves, and there, never truly finding what we are looking for.

The work offered here is an invitation to reconnect with your inner world and, through this, to find your way into connection with your unique essence — your soul.

It weaves together psychological depth,
embodied practices, and nature-based approaches that support you in reconnecting with both your inner world and the living world around you.

So that you can begin living in a way that feels more grounded, more meaningful, and more connected.

This is a path of returning — to yourself,
to your own guidance, and to a deeper sense of belonging in and to life.

Welcome.

The longing beneath my work

Underneath my work lives a deep longing:
for more and more of us, myself included, to become fully human.

To me, this means walking a path that includes both healing and wholing;

Healing the patterns shaped by survival and past experience,
and at the same time, reconnecting with the deeper intelligence within us; the wisdom of the body, the guidance of the inner world, and our sense of connection and belonging to the living world around us.

It is not a linear process, but a continuous movement of unfolding, remembering and becoming.

My work is dedicated to supporting you on this path —in your own way, and at your own pace.

Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Jesslyn.

I am a psychologist (MSc) and systemic counselor with over ten years of experience accompanying individuals, couples, and groups through processes of healing and inner transformation.

My journey began with a deep curiosity about how healing happens — a curiosity that eventually led me to study psychology.

And while I gained a deep understanding of the human psyche, as well as approaches and tools for healing, something essential felt missing.

I longed for a deeper way of connecting with what makes us whole — and of supporting others from this place, rather than from a perspective of lack, which I often experienced as an underlying framework within Western psychology.

This led me into a more direct relationship with myself, other human beings, and the living world — through solo time in nature, explorations of authentic relating, and studying with inspiring teachers in the realms of nature and soul work.

These experiences deeply inform my work and continue to shape my own ongoing process of healing and transformation.

Today, I create spaces that support people in reconnecting with their inner guidance, navigating uncertainty, and shaping their lives from a place that feels deeply their own.

My approach brings together psychological insight, relational depth, and a deep respect and reverence for the intelligence that lives within each human being, in the more-than-human world, and in existence itself.

Ideas for collaborations? Happy to hear from you!
