What happens during a constellation work day?
THE PROCESS
Each process starts with a short conversation, in which the client’s theme and the intention are discussed. We also define who (which people or themes) will be represented in the constellation process.
After that, the client chooses representatives from the group and arranges them in the room in a way that accurately represents the situation for them. The representatives are asked to share what they experience, and an exploration begins as to how more healing and clarity can be brought into the system.
This process is very unique and involves a complex interplay between the experience shared by the representatives, the impulses of the client and my own impulses and interventions.
It can involve gestures, movement and specific sentences spoken. The client can, but does not have to, enter the constellation themselves.

the way i work
I strongly believe in the wisdom and pace of the client and their system. I see myself as a midwife, not an expert of any given process. In the process, I might suggest certain gestures or sentences that I believe reflect what needs to be said and done in order to move forward in the desired way. All these are suggestions based on my experience and intuition. I never force my impulses or interpretation on the client or the representatives.

Coaching package 255 € (including one 1-1 session with me before and one after the constellation)
